The new Paz y Bien bakery in Guatemala has ample space for on-the-job training and storage that enables sustainable and environmentally friendly production of bread, pastries, and other cereal-based products. With all this, not only a basic product is achieved for the nutritional consolidation of a population from the Programs to Fight Malnutrition and others in synergy (Food Program), as well as the Social Dining service, promoted by the Entity in the area; also, it is achieved the training of more than a hundred very vulnerable people, mainly young women from rural areas coming from actions against abuse, and who would be trained on the job with a view to their self-entrepreneurship. The bakery was financed by the Seville Provincial Council (Diputación de Sevilla) and the Alcalá de Guadaira City Council, Spain.
